We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not, we offer a 30-day return policy on all items, no questions asked.
1. Eligibility for Returns
Items must be in new, unused condition and returned within 30 days of receipt. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the item was defective or we made a mistake with your order.
2. Process for Returns
To initiate a return, please contact us at support@super-box.store with your order number and a brief explanation of why you’d like to return the item. Once we approve your return, we’ll provide you with the return shipping details.
3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Please note, the refund will not include shipping charges unless the return is due to our error.
4. Defective or Damaged Items
If your item is defective or arrives damaged, please reach out to us immediately. We will cover the return shipping and send you a replacement or issue a full refund.
5. Non-returnable Items
Certain items, such as those marked as "Final Sale" or “Opened Packaging,” are not eligible for return. Please review the product description before purchasing.
6. Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the replacement.
